My makeup lessons are tailored to you!
Makeup can be daunting, there are lots of skin care and makeup products available on the market that it can be very overwhelming trying to figure out what is suitable for you.
A lot of my previous clients have had bad experiences when visiting department store counters when they’ve approached for makeup advice. It can be a costly experience if you’re being sold products that aren’t suitable for your skin type, the wrong undertone for your skin or aren’t going to be long lasting.
what can you expect from one of my makeup lessons?
Tea/coffee, friendly environment, lots of laughs and patience.
Makeup is so personal to everyone, no one is the same and no one learns at the same speed - lessons are very relaxed, at your own pace.
I allow 2.5-3 hours for makeup lessons, so you have lots of time to apply your makeup, take photos, notes and ask as many questions as you want to. There is no such thing as a silly question, I want you to leave your lesson feeling confident that you can apply your makeup and have a better understanding of what products you should/shouldn’t be using.
During your makeup lesson you will learn how to apply a full face makeup:
Skin preparation before applying makeup
Colour correction (how to hide dark circles/pigmentation/blemishes)
Foundation and concealer application
Bronzing/contouring and highlighting (adding definition/structure)
Eyeshadow application
How to apply false lashes (if requested)
Brow techniques
Setting your makeup
Applying lip products
Learn which colours/tones will compliment your skin tone/eye colour to enhance your features
Learn your own face makeup lessons are also great if you’re getting married abroad and would like to know how to do your own makeup for the big day!
